Can I get a free sample?
Yes. You can order a sample through our website. All samples are mailed within 1-2 business days via US Postal Service and are shipped free of charge. These are random samples and are not personalized. Click here to request your sample.

What is the turn around time for an order?
All orders are shipped within 5 working days from Florida.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express using secure online credit card transactions.

When do I pay for my order?
Payment is required in full when your order is placed.

Can I pick up my order at your location?
No, we are a mail order company.

How are my magnets shipped?
Your magnets will ship via UPS.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is actual UPS charges calculated by weight and zip code. We only ship within the continental United States.

What kind of printing is used?
All of our products are printed using a high quality Four Color Process with liquid lamination. This printing method enables you to get an entire spectrum of colors that match your original artwork very closely.

Can you color match exactly?
Keep in mind that all colors vary with the printing process. Colors can also shift under liquid lamination. Due to the variation of inks and materials we cannot guarantee exact color matches.

How thick are your magnets?
Our magnets are approximately 23 mil which is thicker than the industry standard. Our car door magnets are 30 mil thick and weather resistant.

Can I cancel my order?
We require written notice via e-mail if you wish to cancel an order. All labor and material costs incurred prior to cancellation will be charged.

Do you guarantee your products?
We guarantee that our products will be delivered free from defect. We will immediately replace any order that was either printed incorrectly by our staff or sustained damage during the shipping process.

How do I supply artwork?
If you plan to place an order using the “Upload your Own” process, please conform to the guidelines below:
TIFF or JPEG: All in CMYK NOT RGB at 300 DPI or higher
PDF: All fonts must be embedded
EPS: Fonts must be outlined, CMYK or Pantone colors must be assigned correctly
Bleeds require ¼” on all 4 sides
